Nick has more than 20 years’ experience in originating and structuring capital solutions for real estate owners and developers across all Australian markets. He is an experienced operator with unmatched local knowledge and a depth of expertise spanning asset classes and geographies. His strong focus on strategic relationships ensures optimal outcomes and stakeholder alignment. Prior to joining CVS Lane, Nick held senior positions with Wingate and National Australia Bank.
Based in our Melbourne office, Nick is responsible for the origination, evaluation, and ongoing management of real estate opportunities across senior debt, mezzanine debt and equity. Nick is a keen golfer, on a lifelong mission to get a hole-in-one.

Based in our Sydney office, John is responsible for deal origination, having spent more than 20 years in property development investment and financing. He has held senior capital and risk management roles with national developers and large institutional financiers including Macquarie Bank and Lloyds International.
Stuart is responsible for deal origination, bringing more then 15 years finance and real estate experience to CVS Lane. He has held senior roles at Westpac Institutional Bank and Macquarie Bank and is based in Sydney.
Warwick is responsible for deal Origination and Structuring. Prior to CVS Lane spent 35 years in Corporate & Property Finance with both foreign and Australian banks. Warwick is based in our Brisbane Office.
Brendan is responsible for deal origination and is based in our Perth office. Brendan has worked in a variety of property finance roles with KPMG, NAB and JLL over the past 30 years.
