2026 fund timetable

From 1 January 2026, the CVS Lane First Mortgage Fund and CVS Lane Property Finance Fund have moved to monthly redemptions and distributions (with distribution reinvestment plans available). Further information can be found here.

Distribution are paid on or around business day 5 of each month (in respect of the previous month). Redemption requests are due at 5:00pm on business day 6 of each month and approved redemption requests are paid on or around business day 6 of the following month. The Funds observe Melbourne business days.
