YG Retail is a new Woolworths-anchored neighbourhood shopping centre in Yeerongpilly, QLD, approximately seven kilometres south of the Brisbane CBD.

Beyond Woolworths ,the 8,848 square metre retail precinct will comprise a mix of retail and hospitality offerings including Good Life Gym, Priceline, BWS and a new iteration of well known Brisbane bar, Dapple & Waver.

YG Retail is part of a broader, master-planned urban renewal precinct that, upon completion, will offer up to 1200 residences, lifestyle amenities and parkland.

Below is a collection of images that follow the journey of the retail precinct from sod-turning through to the recent opening of Brisbane’s newest Woolworths.
