The Funds are structured as unlisted unit trusts. CVS Lane, as Trustee, is responsible for the overall operation of the Funds.
The Investment Committee is responsible for making recommendations regarding new Fund Investments, material changes to existing Fund Investments and reviewing the performance of the Funds.
The Investment Committee is composed of a majority of independent members (three) and two CVS Lane Directors on a rotating basis. The Investment Committee is structured to ensure Investments are recommended by a majority independent body and that any potential conflicts of interest are managed.
In accordance with the Investment Committee Charter, CVS Lane, as Trustee, will ensure that any property finance investment that fits within the investment mandates of both funds will be allocated fairly based on the relative funds under management and level of available cash in each Fund.
To the extent that there is a conflict or potential conflict of interest in relation to the allocation of a particular transaction, the independent members make a determination in accordance with the Trustee’s conflicts policy.
The Investment Committee meets as required to carry out its functions. Decisions of the Investment Committee are made by a majority of members.

Paul McDonald

Paul has a track record of over 35 years of successful innovation and leadership in property development, asset management, funds management and engineering/building construction.

As CEO of MAB Corporation, Paul grew the business from a small, project focused group with 10 staff into a nationally significant integrated property company with 120 people.

Geoff Cullen

Geoff has built a wealth of experience throughout his career holding senior banking roles and as a member of several credit and risk committees, including NAB’s most senior credit committee.

As Executive General Manager Group Risk at NAB, Geoff was responsible for the Market Risk, Legal, Compliance, Credit and Operational Risk functions of the Global Wholesale Bank. In addition, as Chief Risk Officer,

Geoff had responsibility for the same functions across all of NAB Asia and NAB Americas.
